I am scheduled to have the PPH surgery this coming Friday. I'm a gay male, age 52. I have a call in to the colon-rectal surgeon asking him to call me back. I was reading a bunch of horror stories on the internet about condoms ripping and the staples coming out during anal sex and now I don't think I want to bother with it. I'm curious as to what he will tell me. I kind of feel it was something that should have been discussed considering the complications that can exist.
